Common questions
Can't find your answer? Call us during office hours or send your question with your booking.
How much does a first consultation cost?
The consultation fee depends on the matter. We tell you the fee when we confirm your booking, before any charge is incurred.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Any letters, contracts, court papers or notes about what happened, and your identity card or passport. If we meet by video, you can upload documents securely after your booking is confirmed.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is confidential, including the details you enter when booking online.
Does booking a consultation mean you act for me?
No. A lawyer–client relationship begins only when we confirm in writing that we will act for you, after a conflict-of-interest check.
Can you help if I am outside Muar?
Yes. We act for clients across Malaysia and can meet by phone or video call.
Ready to talk it through?
Book a confidential consultation online, or call or WhatsApp us (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
